Dave Beyer is an in-demand professional drummer, producer and educator in the Los Angeles area. He has toured, performed live and/or recorded with artists including Jim Messina, Melissa Etheridge, Christopher Cross, Wilson Phillips, Loggins & Messina, The Motels, Jewel, Joan Osborne, Buzzy Feiten, Michael McDonald, Stephen Bishop, Jango, and Greg Allman.

Dave has performed at major venues worldwide, including the Greek Theater, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Woodstock, Madison Square Garden and Royal Albert Hall; and has played on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, David Letterman Show, Austin City Limits, and Jon Stewart, to name a few.

He is also an in-demand session player for albums, TV and film work, and his drumming can be heard in series and films such as “Princess Diaries”, “30 Rock”, “Gilmore Girls”, “Extreme Home Makeover” and “The New Adventures of Pinocchio.” Dave’s album work includes “Your Little Secret” (Melissa Etheridge), “Kenny Loggins & Friends” (Kenny Loggins, Jim Messina, Michael McDonald, David Foster, Thundercat), “In the Groove” (Jim Messina), “Cafe Carlyle Sessions” & “Doctor Faith” (Christopher Cross). Dave is a producer who runs his own recording studio. He is on the faculty at the
renowned L.A. College of Music (LACM) in Pasadena, and created the school’s Rock
Drums and Producing/Recording curriculums. Dave has performed drum clinics in
countries across the globe, including Australia, Germany, China and the U.S.
