Enrollment Agreements
Accepted Students must submit an Enrollment Agreement before their enrollment term begins. The forms listed below are for reference, and an official agreement will be sent to each accepted student through DocuSign for the student to complete and return to the Office of Admissions.
School Performance Fact Sheets
Accepted Students must submit a Student Performance Fact Sheet before their enrollment term begins. The forms listed below are for reference, and an official document will be sent to each accepted student through DocuSign for the student to complete and return to the Office of Admissions.
The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), as the regulatory body for private postsecondary institutions for the State of California, requires that each institution provide this information to students, prior to enrollment, as evidence of recognition of the need to address consumer protection.
Each of these forms includes data from two years prior to the reporting year. Some programs are too new to provide data for any of the categories listed below.
