Meredith Chinn is a respected A&R executive with experience at Warner Records, Atlantic Records, and Red Bull Records, where she discovered and developed artists including Beck, AWOLNATION, Greg Kurstin, and Mikky Ekko. She currently works as an A&R consultant, helping artists define their creative vision, build release strategies, and connect with the people and opportunities that move careers forward. Known for her trusted industry relationships and talent-spotting instincts, she enjoys bringing artists, songwriters, producers, managers, labels, publishers, and distributors together to make great things happen. Meredith also co-manages a production team focused on sync. She is a voting member of The Recording Academy, an adjunct professor and career counselor at Los Angeles College of Music, and has also taught at Musicians Institute and UCLA Extension. When she’s not discovering new artists, Meredith has been DJing for over 30 years and is happily obsessed with her ever-growing vinyl collection.
