Catte Adams first came to recognition nationally in 1994 when she won $100k on ”Star Search” (the American idol of it’s time) by winning 13 shows in a row, to become grand champion. She has toured as band member and vocal arranger with international recording stars Michael Bolton, Natalie Cole, Yanni, Chaka Khan and Tracy Chapman, and has provided vocals for recording artists such as Michael McDonald, Elton John, Neil Young, Stevie Wonder, Patti Labelle, Celine Dion and many, many more.

As producer for GRP Jazz label, Catte has written songs for jazz singer Dianne Schuur, Patti LaBelle, The Pointer Sisters, Brenda Russell, Carl Anderson, Jonathon Butler and many others. Her original music also appears in many film and television network shows.
