Eric Tobin is Executive Vice President of A&R and Business Development at Hopeless Records, where he has spent over 20 years signing and developing careers for more than 40 artists and overseeing multiple RIAA gold and platinum releases. He has led the label’s global expansion, driving a tenfold revenue increase, and through the non-profit Sub City has helped raise over $3 million for charities worldwide. In 2025 he was named a Billboard Indie Power Player.
