Joe LoPiccolo is a guitarist and composer whose work is influenced by Classical, Jazz and World Music styles. He received his MFA in Guitar Performance from Cal Arts, and is on the faculty at Mt San Antonio College and at College of the Canyons. Joe has authored two texts, “Guitar Mosaic”, and “Improvisation for Guitarists”, and his column, “The Global Guitarist” has been featured in Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine. He is a winner of the Guitar Player Magazine “Reader’s Challenge”, and an ASCAP Plus Award recipient. A recording and performing guitarist in the Los Angeles area for many years, he has 3 original album releases to date: “Night”, “Passages”, and “Journey.”
