6.3 Tayah Martin

In this one-hour session, Tayah will guide participants through a unique blend of yoga and somatic movements, creating a harmonious union between the inner and outer realms of our being. Through intentional movement and breathwork, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. To enhance your experience, herbal tea will be provided, allowing you to indulge in a moment of relaxation and nourishment after the class.
